5 Days from Marrakech to fez via merzouga, enjoy the beautiful landscape of south Morocco, and spend a magic night in desert camp at Merzouga sahara desert.
DAY 1: MARRAKECH – TIZIN’TICHKA PASS – TELOUET – AIT BEN HADDOU KASBAH – OUARZAZATE
In the First Day of Our Marrakech to Fes Desert Tours 5 days,we will pick you up from your Hotel/Riad in Marrakech, and guide you to Telouet above the mountains of high Atlas crossing the TiziN’tichka path. Then, we will visit The Kasbah of Pasha Glaoui in Telouet and stop for lunch break in a traditional restaurant.
After that , we will head to Ait Ben Haddout through the Ounila Valley with its Berber towns. And we will visit together The Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou then continue to Ouarzazate. Dinner and overnight is at the hotel.
DAY 2: OUARZAZATE – SKOURA – VALLEY OF ROSES – DADES GORGES – TODRA GORGES
Our second day of the trip, and after breakfast in the hotel/Riad, we will Leave Ouarzazate and drive to Skoura where we can visit The Kasbah of Amredil, a lovely Kasbah located in the palm groves « Route of one thousand Kasbahs ».
Then, we pursue our ride through the Valley of Roses and cross the off-road with a visit to nomad family who are living in caves. Next, we visit the Dades Gorges and see the rock formations.
After that, we drive to Boulmane Dades and have a lunch break, then pursue to Tineghir in the afternoon. Afterwards, we will drive to Todra Gorges to take pleasure in its stunning views of Canyons. Dinner and overnight is in hotel.
DAY 3: TODRA GORGES – TINEJDAD – TOUROUG TOWN – ERFOUD – ERG CHEBBI (MERZOUGA).
In our third day of the trip, we wake up early in the morning to walk around the Palm Plantations and relish the wonderful views of Todra River. Afterward, we will drive toTinjedad for a lunch meal in a traditional restaurant. Later on,we will cross various villages in our road,asTouroug (Berber village) and El-Jarf before arriving to Erfoud. And visit together a local fossil craft workshop.
Afterward, we head to the charming dunes of Erg Chebbiwhich , as also called also Merzouga Dunes.
Next, we will reach the hotel and get ready for a camel trek for an hour and half, and enjoy the sunset. While we’re on the back of drome dary, we head to the camp or an overnight in traditional nomad tent.
DAY 4: MERZOUGA – HASSILABIED – KHAMLIA – NOMAD FAMILY – TOUR OF THE DUNES
In our fourth day, we will wake up early to enjoy the sunrise on the top of the dune in the Sahara Desert. And then we will have ourbreakfast. After these amusing moments, we ride camels back to the hotel,to have a shower and some rest . Next, we get a tour of the dunes on 4×4 car to visit the black volcanic rocks of fossils,and visit a nomad family who are living in tents. Afterward, we visit khamlia village and of the spiritual music of Gnawa, and a short visit to the lake Dayte Sarji, that forms in springtime which attract pink flamingos and wildlife as well as. Afterward, we will have a break for lunch time in Merzouga.
Next, we visit the canal irrigation system and have a walk on the oasis located on the foot of the dunes. Pursuing to your hotel to relax and take a shower. Dinner and Overnight in hotel.
DAY 5: MERZOUGA – ERFOUD – ERRACHIDIA – MIDELT – AZROU – IFRANE – FES
In the The Last Day of the trip, But Our trip would not finish yet. We will also travel to Rissani and discover the local market (Souks).Then ,we will go to Errachidia city by the path of Erfoud town, Aoufous, valley of Ziz too. Then, we make a brief stop to enjoy a nice and wonderful view of oasis Aoufous in Tafilalte area.
We will head again to Midelt city and across TiziN’talghamt .We will have a short break for lunch. Our next step is The Imperial City Fes through the Cedar forest close to Azrou & Atlas Mountain with a short break to the Barbary apes (Monkeys).Another pause in Ifrane city before reaching Fes city. And we will Drop you off of course at your hotel or Riad in Fes.
